2. Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost. If the correct item is not available, we will issue a full refund.
3. Unsatisfactory Performance: While we take great care in curating our products, we understand that personal preferences may vary. If you find that the fragrance of "Amberlicious" does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees.
4. Change of Mind: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about a product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. However, please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. A restocking fee may apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Exceptions: Please note that certain products, such as personalized or intimate items, may not be eligible for a refund due to their nature. Additionally, any product that has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.
